Liberty Extended Day Care

Liberty offers an extended day care program for school age and preschool children, open daily from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm in the stone building that fronts 201st (next to the elementary school). The director of the program is Sheila Hill and she can be reached at 366-8490.
The program is licensed with DHS Contract #26416 as well as Creek Nation.
At the time of enrollment, we require an enrollment form filled out for each child. For those under 6 years of age an immunization record and birth certificate is also required.
All charges are to be paid in advance for the week or the day the child attends. Cash, check, DHS assistance and Creek Nation Tribal assistance are accepted.

Prices are as follows:
Three year old program - $20 per day or $100 per week
Part time Pre-K program: 7:30 am to 12:30 pm OR 11:00 am to 4:00 pm - $12 per day
Drop in rate for half day Pre-K: $15.00 per day
Before school care: Four day week - $12.00 per week or $3.00 per day for part-time
After school care: Four day week - $20.00 per week or $5.00 per day for part-time
Cost of all-day care when school is closed is $20.00 per day, which includes breakfast and lunch. This includes school closure days on Mondays, Spring Break, Christmas break, or any other day school is closed during the school year.
Late pick up fees: A late fee of $5.00 for every five minutes past 6:30 pm will be charged and due at the time of pick up.
Summer camp - $125.00 per week, which includes breakfast and lunch and some field trips.
We are closed on New Year's Eve and New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Wednesday-Friday of Thanksgiving week, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day (if any of these holidays fall on weekdays).
